3-year Postdoctoral Researcher Position
At the Research Group of Comparative Political Behaviour, we currently seek to fill a
3-year Postdoctoral Researcher Position.
Tasks
You will contribute to the DFG-funded project MINISTERIALLOBBY (lead by Heike Klüver and Kai-Uwe Schnapp) in which we analyze interest group influence on German policy-making. You will support the principal investigators with data collection, data analysis and the publication of the results in international journals.
Starting date
1 Febuary 2021 (or later)
Requirements

A university degree and a PhD in Political Science in the area of Comparative Political Behavior (a focus on interest groups and lobbying is desirable, but not necessary)

International publications
- Excellent knowledge of quantitative methods
- Experience with expert interviews is desirable
- Fluency in German (you will conduct interviews with Germany ministry officials)
- Strong command of English
